Instructions for Scrip: When you use the restaurants that are members of TBG you should order special restaurant scrip from your trade broker. It is good at all restaurants on the list that is provided with the scrip and comes in 10 and 5-dollar denomination. Please remember that sales tax and 15% tip is always paid in cash and please schedule an appointment for parties of more than 4 people. |

Instructions for Vouchers: Each transaction should be issued an authorization number. You may obtain an authorization by calling the phone number listed on the bottom of this letter. Each time an authorization number is given, you will also receive an expiration date. Please enter your (the seller) card number & press # key. Please enter the dollar amt. It is important to listen to the information that is repeated back to you. Make sure that buyer & seller information, along with the dollar amount is correct. List the authorization given on the voucher and keep for your records. |
